DESIGN - BUILD
Swiftwater Solutions provides flexible design-build and construction services for small-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects where communities benefit from streamlined coordination, practical field experience, and direct owner support. Our team assists with planning, permitting, equipment integration, general contracting, construction oversight, startup/commissioning, and operational optimization to help deliver efficient and cost-effective project implementation. Notable examples include the Trail West Homeowners Association Water Treatment Plant improvements project and the Hot Sulphur Springs Boll-Filter installation, where SWS constructed improvements and provided operational integration to improve treatment reliability and long-term system performance.

Hot Sulphur Springs
The Hot Sulphur Springs Boll-Filter installation project highlights Swiftwater Solutions’ commitment to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions for small communities facing regulatory and financial challenges. The Town had identified the need for improved filtration and operational reliability, but traditional engineering and implementation costs were considered beyond the funding allocated for the project. SWS worked closely with the Town to develop an affordable path forward by providing hands-on project coordination, general contracting services, and operational integration services that allowed the project to move forward within budget constraints. In addition, SWS assisted the Town in navigating state compliance requirements and coordinating with regulators to help ensure the installation met operational and permitting expectations. Through a streamlined and collaborative approach, the project was successfully completed under budget while improving treatment reliability and long-term operational performance.
Trail West Association
The Trail West Homeowners Association Water Treatment Plant improvements project demonstrates Swiftwater Solutions’ ability to adapt and deliver solutions when traditional project delivery methods fall short. After the community received no contractor bids for the required water treatment plant improvements, SWS stepped in to provide design-build services to move the project forward and prevent delays that could impact regulatory compliance and system reliability. Throughout the project, SWS navigated unforeseen site conditions, equipment integration challenges, and evolving project needs while maintaining close coordination with the owners and operator. Through a practical, hands-on approach, SWS successfully delivered the improvements needed to support the community’s long-term compliance with state regulations and permit requirements while improving operational reliability and system performance.
